Amazing HD wallpapers from www. mahavyoma.org

This image drawn based on an antique Ganesha idol found on the seashores of Dwaraka, Gujarat during MV tours.
That is a marble idol and  400 years old. And the condition is also not so good. During that tour our team collected such beautiful antiques and kept them in a safe place near temple.

This ancient, golden Siva linga was photographed in Museum Asiatique, Paris by MV photographer. The time is unknown. But the style is Vietnamese, obviously. In museum we can see the stone phallus enwrapped with golden Siva face.

This amazing temple with exquisite carvings stands only  2 km away from Dwarka City. Locals say that once Lord Krishna and his wife Rukmini went to the sage Durvasha to invite him for dinner at Dwarka. He agreed on the condition that Krishna & Rukmini would have to pull his chariot instead of any animal. The couple happily obliged. While pulling the chariot, Rukmini became thirsty so Lord Krishna prodded his toe into the earth to draw a spring of the holy Ganga water. Rukmini took a sip without offering Durvasha. Annoyed by her impoliteness he cursed Rukmini that she would be separated from her beloved husband. Hence Rukmini temple is located 2 kms away from Dwarka's Jagat Mandir. Archaelogical surveys says that this temple is 5,000 years old, the same fact supported by carbon dating.

This mysterious siva linga photographed in "Musee des arts asiatiques". This one exhibited as "Jata Linga".Its really an amazing piece of art.
In that museum, we can see few antiques from India, both north and south, they make you "speechless". Because our generation even don't have a chance to see them in present India.
And at that time a thought flashed  in our minds that "we have a great and  glorious  past in India, but the possibilities to experience and  realize the same in  present, needs lots of study and travel (even to abroad)".
